Assistant Store Manager: Beauty, Service & Events

THG's LOOKFANTASTIC store in Bristol is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will drive sales, manage events, coach the team, and ensure store standards, health and safety, and flawless customer journeys across every visit.

Requirements include leadership experience, at least 2 years in beauty, strong organisation, and full weekend availability.
