• 2-3 years experience in multicultural retail environment in luxury fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brand as an Assistant manager
• Leadership and coaching experience
• A winning personality to easily establish a trustful relationship and empower others
• Excellent customer service skills and digital proficiency
• Responsible and able to take ownership
