Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to progress in store management? We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in South Shields (NE33 1DP).
As an Assistant Store Manager, support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring highest standard of customer service
- Achieving targets
- Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
- Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
- Supporting recruitment and development of volunteers
- Achieving expectations within campaign activities
- Working with the manager to generate stock
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Supervisory experience
- Commercially driven to encourage new ideas

- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving highest retail standards
