Salary: Up to £28,000 basic plus excellent bonus structure and benefits

Responsibilities

• Coaching the team to success, building customer relationships, and ensuring that operational procedures are sound.
• Leading, training and delivering fantastic service, ensuring maximum profitability in support to the store manager.
• Drive sales, develop the team, and maintain high standards of customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ideally have experience in a clothing retail environment, though the client is open on background.
• Strong focus on team development, commercial awareness, and driving sales.
