Assistant Store Manager

Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic experienced leader / supervisor, who is passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service whist developing and supporting their team.

No experience in Coffee is needed as full training with be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies!

Responsibilities

• Lead / supervise the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Deliver great customer service to all guests.
• Develop and support team members through coaching and guidance.
• Participate in and benefit from in-store training and Coffee Academy programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader.
• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Willingness to develop and support others; training provided.
• Ability to engage with customers (and dogs) and create a welcoming atmosphere.
