Assistant Store Manager

Salary: Up to £28,000 basic plus excellent bonus structure and benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an assistant store manager to join a high street womenswear retailer based in Basingstoke. The company are going from strength to strength opening new stores and concessions. Focusing on beautiful, wearable collections this creative, family feel business offers the opportunity for you to grow with them. The position involves supporting the store manager to strategically maximise sales across the store, with a focus on targets, KPI's and people leadership.

The successful applicant will have strong people and time management skills. You will be commercially minded, with an interest in fashion and retail. Previous management or supervisory experience within a fast-paced womenswear retail environment is essential.

Location: Basingstoke
