Assistant Store Manager - Uncapped Commission & High Impact

Oak Furnitureland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive showroom sales and lead a small team, delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to keep the store performing at its best and to step in during absences.

You'll be rewarded with an uncapped commission scheme up to 4% on all sales and ongoing training to develop leadership and product knowledge across our ranges.
