Assistant Store Manager - Premium Chocolate Retail Leader

Hotel Chocolat is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bournemouth Castlepoint store. You will support the Store Manager, drive profitable sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a premium chocolate environment.

You will lead the team, train staff, and uphold health, safety and HR procedures while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Experience in hospitality or premium retail is preferred.
