Assistant Store Manager - People Leader & Growth

Farmfoods Corby is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a 43-hour per week, full-time role. Location: Corby, Northamptonshire. Salary £31,449.60-£32,648.16 per year; 6 weeks holiday; 15% staff discount; uniform, life assurance and pension. Role involves weekend shifts and managing a small team to deliver excellent customer service.

You will work with the shop manager to run the store efficiently, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations, cost control and strong customer care.
