Assistant Store Manager - Lead a Busy Store & Drive Sales

Vision Express Lakeside is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our busy store floor, coach the team and deliver outstanding customer experiences on a fast paced, high volume trading day. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales through KPI monitoring, support recruitment and performance reviews, and maintain high operational standards and compliance.
