Assistant Store Manager - Growth & Guest Experience

K-Way is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for our Covent Garden store in London. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer experience, and help implement the brand's vision while hitting KPI targets.

We seek a candidate with at least 2 years of leadership and retail management experience, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to recruit, train and motivate staff. The role includes scheduling, inventory oversight, merchandising, budgeting, and participating in
