- 1 Next, we'll ask you a few quick screening questions to check if you meet some key requirements. It won't take more than 1 minute.
- 2 You'll play a series of short (and fun) games lasting approximately 30 minutes in total. They help us understand how you think, solve problems, and work. No prep needed.
- 3 Forget the standard interview; we'd rather let you experience the role. That's why you'll be invited to a so-called 'Discovery'. During this Discovery, you'll explore the store, meet the team, and show how you interact in real situations.
- 4 Time to dive deeper. In this online interview, we'll explore your leadership experience, motivation, and give you a clear understanding of the role and expectations.
- 5 Feeling good? So are we. If it's a match, we'll make you a job offer; clear, direct, and with everything you need to know.
