Assistant Store Manager - Beauty & Skincare Leader

L'OCCITANE is seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager at our Bluewater store. This 37.5-hour role supports the Boutique Manager in daily operations, delivers exceptional customer service, and drives sales through product knowledge and teamwork.

You will lead by example, maintain in-store presentation, coordinate rosters, and help develop the team to meet targets. Relevant experience in beauty or retail management, a positive attitude, and flexibility are essential.
