Assistant Store Leader - Luxury Retail & People Leadership

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader for the Regent Street flagship. You will work closely with the Store Leader to ensure the store is operationally sound, business results are achieved, and exceptional customer service is provided consistently.

You will develop a high-performing, inclusive team, lead talent acquisition and onboarding, and drive performance and employee relations with a people first leadership style across a fast paced luxury retail environment.
