Job Description
  • Oversee the overall operations of the Spa & Recreation department and ensure the set standards are being followed
  • Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring the annual budget to support the operation and manages the section within approved budgetary limits
  • Monitor guest feedback in relation to service, promotions and client and guest reviews
  • Oversee all training activities of the Spa & Recreation team members
  • Review and control the weekly payroll and overtime sheets and monitor according to budget

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset in a 5 star hotel setting
  • Knowledge in Opera system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
