Roberts Garages is currently looking for an Assistant Manager at our Springfield site. You'll be a key partner to the Site Manager, providing customers with a high level of customer service. In the Absence of the Site Manager, take Ownership for their Individual Site, liaising with the Area Manager where necessary. This involves Planning, Co-Ordinating and Organising the Operations of the Forecourt and Managing Staff to achieve best performance.
