Assistant Site Manager

The Assistant Site Manager will join a respected developer on a permanent, full-time basis near Southampton, with a salary up to £47,000 per annum plus a full benefits package.

This role focuses on a prestigious development of around one hundred units, emphasising the finishing and handover of bespoke housing. You will need a proven residential background in traditional build housing, with a strong drive for quality.

• Oversee the completion of previously approved plots on the live, ongoing development of approximately 100 units.
• Ensure quality finishing and handover of bespoke housing units.
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards.

• Mandatory certifications: CSCS, SSSTS, and First Aid.
