Daniel Owen is recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on a permanent basis for a respected regional contractor delivering a 70 unit residential development in Exeter. This is a long term opportunity with a business known for its hands on leadership, strong community values, and consistent delivery across residential, education, commercial and public sector projects.

The RoleAs Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in the successful delivery of all build stages. Responsibilities include coordinating daily site activity, managing subcontractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, monitoring progress against programme, liaising with clients and consultants, and supporting customer care during handovers. This is a stable, two year project with genuine opportunities for progression within the business.
What We're Looking For- Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor on housing projects
- Strong understanding of traditional build
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid (or working towards)
- A proactive, organised individual who values teamwork and quality
- £45,000 salary
