INFORM3 Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a Main Contractor for:
Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Project: Residential New Build
Job Location: Belfast
Salary: £40K - £45K + package
About the Company
Working with an industry leading Developer who specialises in high volume residential developments across Northern Ireland. Projects in a range between private and social housing developments up to 400 units on each site. They require a strong assistant site manager with experience in delivering high volume social housing developments. Ideally will have a proven construction background.
The Role- Oversee commercial and residential projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
- Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
- Host weekly meetings to update senior management and clients on project progress.
- Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, procurement of materials and meeting deadlines.
- Perform company compliance, H&S and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.
- A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification.
- Applicants must have experience delivering a social housing development in Northern Ireland.
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience working towards a Site Manager with a Main Contractor or developer in NI or ROI.
- Strong awareness of H&S and Health and Welfare Regulations and ability to implement these regulations on site.
- Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
- Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
