Assistant Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbs

Daniel Owen is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager to lead kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects in social housing in Nottingham. You will coordinate site teams, ensure safety and quality, and maintain programmes for occupied and void properties.

Ideal candidates will have social housing refurbishment experience, strong organisation, and IT skills, plus First Aid and a full UK driving licence. This temporary permanent role offers a 12 week initial period with PAYE pay.
