My client is a highly respected residential developer specialising in new build developments within the Oxfordshire region.
My client has a number of exclusive developments in the Oxford region consisting of luxury detached and semi detached houses, and is looking to expand its site teams with experienced assistant site managers.
Job description & ResponsibilitiesMy client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of an Assistant Site Manager for upcoming new build residential projects based around Oxford.
The development consists of traditional built luxury town houses consisting of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedrooms and 1 2 bedroom apartments.
The assistant site manager will work on various developments from inception to completion, with strong chances of progression on site and within the company, and may work on other developments as the company has a strong pipeline of work.
Working alongside Site Manager(s) on the development, the assistant will help oversee all aspects of work on site until handovers.
Key Skills & Qualifications- Experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of town houses and/or apartments.
- Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS, and first aid certificates.
