Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing (Fast-Paced)

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a major UK housebuilder on a busy Rotherham project. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure programmes are delivered to NHBC standards.

The role requires at least 3 years on residential sites, SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with a proven track record on new build housing. This temporary, pay-per-day position offers a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
