Assistant Site Manager - New-Build Homes, Growth & Safety

Thorn Baker Group in Coventry is recruiting an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry. You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day running, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires proven site experience on new-build housing, SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid, a full UK driving licence, and strong organisational and communication skills.
