Assistant Site Manager - Housing Refurb & Upgrades

Mears Group is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for London, Kensington Kensal Road, on a full-time, permanent basis. The role offers a salary of up to £38,850 per year plus a company van and 42.5 hours per week, with opportunities to oversee planned improvement works across social housing schemes.

You will support day-to-day operations, manage staff, monitor KPIs, ensure quality and safety compliance, and liaise with subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
