Leading PLC House Builder is seeking an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a 90-unit traditional build residential development in Ongar, Essex. You will report to the Site Manager and help ensure high-quality homes while maintaining NHBC standards, safety, and programme performance.

The role offers £45,000-£55,000 plus car or car allowance, bonus, pension, private healthcare, and life assurance, with ongoing training and a clear path to Site Manager as you progress within a nationally
