Assistant Shop Manager: Elevate Retail Experience & Sales

Birds Bakery is seeking a capable Shop Assistant/Deputy Manager to help run the shop in the Shop Manager's absence. You will create a friendly, welcoming environment for customers and coach the team to perform at their best.

This full-time role covers 25.5 hours per week across Monday to Sunday, with shifts listed in the ad. You will lead customer service, stock control, upsell opportunities, and ensure health and safety, food safety and brand standards are met.
