Founded in 2018, Rosslyn is a collection of award-winning specialty coffee shops across the City of London. We set out to create something special: All the high standards and attention to detail of the great Australian café, combined with all the warmth and hospitality of the great Irish pub!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a busy, high-volume environment in the heart of the City-and one of the rare hospitality roles genuinely built around your life.

Hours: Monday-Friday 06:00-17:30, Saturdays 07:30-16:30.

Schedule: 40-hour work-week, shifts no longer than 10 hours.

Experience: Specialty coffee experience is welcome, but not essential. If you bring the drive and the care, we'll teach you everything else.

  • Deliver exceptional hospitality at pace-understanding what our guests truly need and meeting them where they are at.
  • Lead daily operations while maintaining the efficiency and guest experience standards.
  • Foster open and effective communication that strengthens our team culture.
  • Mentor team members, sharing the knowledge and skills you'll develop at Rosslyn.
  • Expand your coffee knowledge and serve as a resource for both guests and colleagues.
  • Take on daily/weekly administrative responsibilities that support the business.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We believe that taking care of our team is what allows them to take care of our guests. Rosslyn is a London Living Wage employer and a Living Wage Champion Award winner.

Starting pay: This is a salaried role starting on £34,000 per annum.

Work life balance: No evening shifts, 40 hour week, shifts no longer than 10 hours (regularly under 10hrs).
