ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a busy, high-volume environment in the heart of the City-and one of the rare hospitality roles genuinely built around your life.
Hours: Monday-Friday 06:00-17:30, Saturdays 07:30-16:30.
Schedule: 40-hour work-week, shifts no longer than 10 hours.
Experience: Specialty coffee experience is welcome, but not essential. If you bring the drive and the care, we'll teach you everything else.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Deliver exceptional hospitality at pace-understanding what our guests truly need and meeting them where they are at.
- Lead daily operations while maintaining the efficiency and guest experience standards.
- Foster open and effective communication that strengthens our team culture.
- Mentor team members, sharing the knowledge and skills you'll develop at Rosslyn.
- Expand your coffee knowledge and serve as a resource for both guests and colleagues.
- Take on daily/weekly administrative responsibilities that support the business.
- Monitor and report on operational performance.

Starting pay: This is a salaried role starting on £34,000 per annum.
Work life balance: No evening shifts, 40 hour week, shifts no longer than 10 hours (regularly under 10hrs).
