Assistant Shop Manager - Lead & Inspire Volunteer Team

Tenovus Cancer Care is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager in Cardiff to support a team of volunteers and a shop management team. You will lead and inspire staff and volunteers, ensure the shop looks sharp, and manage stock and admin tasks to keep the operation running smoothly.

The role requires strong customer service skills, experience in retail (staff or volunteer), coaching or management experience, and confidence with computer and admin tasks.
