Assistant Shop Manager - Flexible Hours & Team Lead

Wenzel's the Bakers in Salisbury is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Shop Manager with leading a hardworking team, preparing fresh ingredients and creating high quality sandwiches and food.

You will manage daily store operations, supervise staff, drive sales, control costs and ensure excellent customer service. The role includes covering shifts when the manager is absent, with a 39 hour week and competitive pay.
