Job Description

Willen Hospice in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the brand new pop-up children's shop in The Kingston Centre. You will lead a small team of volunteers, drive sales, and ensure a welcoming, well-presented store.

This 9 month fixed term role requires hands-on operation, rota planning, cash handling, and close collaboration with the Shop Manager to deliver fundraising aims and high patient-centered care through compassionate retail.
