Asst Service Manager Requirements

• Assisting the Manager on the day to day running of the department.
• To be on hand to help and advise your team.
• You will need excellent Service Advisor experience and supervisory experience
• As an ambassador for the brands you will be knowledgeable, courteous, outgoing, resolute and eager to learn
• You must have worked within a franchised dealership
• Will need to be confident and dynamic and comfortable within this role, experience is key.
• CDK (Kerridge) knowledge would be an advantage.

Additional information

• The main focus is to develop the CSI scores and maximise sales opportunities through team engagement.
