Assistant Scheduler - Global Infra Projects, Flexible Hours

Arup in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Scheduler to support the delivery of a major infrastructure programme. You will help maintain reliable site schedules and provide clear visibility of milestones, risks and opportunities, working with the Scheduler, project teams and the programme management office.

The role focuses on coordinating inputs, assessing changes and communicating timelines, with exposure to governance, reporting and continuous improvement of schedule-management processes.
