As an Assistant Room Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our guests receive top tier service in the comfort of their rooms. This pivotal role involves overseeing the daily operations of our room service department, where you'll work closely with senior management and lead a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily room service operations to ensure efficient and high quality service delivery.
  • Ensure all room service areas meet our exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
  • Work closely with other departments to guarantee smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, inspire, and support your team, fostering a positive environment based on teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication.
  • Address guest enquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and manage stock levels with the procurement team.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies that exceed guest expectations.
  • Uphold company policies, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards through regular inspections and audits.
  • Act as a representative of Firmdale Hotels, embodying our values and promoting our brand and services.
