Role/Responsibilities:
Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to day operation of Cedar Steakhouse & Maxwells Restaurant.
Lead, motivate and develop the front of house team to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure consistently high standards of guest service, food quality and presentation.
Assist with staff scheduling, training, onboarding and performance management.
Manage service during busy periods, ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and compliance.
Support stock control, ordering, wastage management and cost control.
Assist with achieving sales, revenue and profitability targets.
Lead by example and create a positive, professional and welcoming team environment.
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service.
Deputise for the Restaurant Manager when required.
