Assistant Restaurant Manager: Lead Team, Service Excellence

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant & M&E operations across the hotel. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the team and help implement strategies to achieve goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in restaurant management, strong leadership, recruitment experience, and a customer-focused approach. Fluent English and excellent communication are essential; Micros experience is preferred.
