Assistant Restaurant Manager Lead Service & Growth

Rosa's Thai is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and lead from the front, delivering great Thai food and genuine service across our West of England venues.

You will coach and develop the team, supervise service, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding high standards of food and service. This is a hands-on role for an energetic leader with a real passion for people and food.
