Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance
  • Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to company standards
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow and timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage restaurant budgets and expenses
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in a fine dining or upscale environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
