We're now looking for a hands on Assistant Restaurant Manager to support in leading our front of house team and help maintain our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of service and food safety.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and effective communication.
• Oversee customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain efficient food production and service flow.
• Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the restaurant.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a hospitality setting.
• Experience in a fast paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and strong customer service skills.
• A passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Self motivated with the ability to motivate and develop a cohesive team.
