Gourmet Food Parlour is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Brownes Brasserie and Edition Cafe within Brown Thomas, Dublin City Centre. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure high standards of food, service and guest experience.

This hands-on role involves staff development, event support, and collaboration with GFP and Brown Thomas teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
