About the role

Support the team, take charge of the day to day, and help hit performance goals while ensuring the team exceeds expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant, drive performance and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate staff to exceed standards.
• Achieve KPIs and ensure each shift meets objectives.
• Manage admin tasks such as rosters, stock, and cleaning to maintain operational efficiency.
• Create a welcoming guest experience that turns first time visitors into regulars.

Qualifications and experience

• Previous team leadership experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage challenging conversations.
• Experience overseeing day to day operations and ensuring compliance.
