We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled assistant Restaurant manager to elevate our guests' experience at Terre, our 2 Michelin Star Restaurant.

Knowledge and experience in the following areas is essential:

• Previous experience in a Michelin star restaurant is essential.

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

• Collaborate closely with and help manage the restaurant team and create memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Uphold impeccable standards of service and hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations and fostering a culture of excellence among the staff.
• The effective and efficient running of the restaurant maintaining the consistency of high food and service standards, at all times ensuring that the defined 5 and Michelin standards are implemented and adhered to by all service personnel.
• To help over see service, ensuring that guests are checked throughout the meal and the food service is efficient, professional and friendly.
• To liaise with the Senior Management ensuring that effective cost controls are in place.
• To help ensure that food service areas are fully set-up and staffed accordingly to meet business demands.
• To carry out administrative and financial duties as required.
