Job Description

Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - Bromley

I'm recruiting on behalf of a niche, small residential developer based in Bromley, delivering quality schemes of 3-60 units.

You'll work closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, supporting on payments, enquiries, and take-offs, with real exposure across the full project lifecycle. This is a hands-on role offering genuine progression within a tight-knit, supportive team.

Projects are primarily across South London and Kent.

Ideal for an Assistant QS ready to step up, or a QS looking for broader responsibility in a personable, growing developer.
