Assistant Project Manager - Kildare

About the Role

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the overall delivery of key construction projects in the area. You will assist in managing site operations and ensuring that all builds are completed to the high quality standards associated with Townlink. The position involves collaborating effectively with the wider project team and essential partners to ensure smooth and successful project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the lead Project Manager in the successful delivery of Construction Projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Support the daily coordination of site teams, including engineers, trades, and subcontractors.

Help implement and monitor strict Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across all site operations.

Assist in updating and tracking detailed Project Programmes to monitor progress against critical milestones.

Support rigorous Quality Control procedures, helping to manage site inspections and the snagging process.

Assist with essential project administration, including the preparation of O&M manuals, safety files, and statutory certifications for client handover.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 to 4 years' experience in a site management, engineering, or assistant project management role.

A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Strong Communication and Organisational skills, with a proactive willingness to learn and develop within a multidisciplinary team.

A solutions-focused approach and a strong eye for detail.

Proficiency in modern IT systems and Construction Management Software.
