We are looking for an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of securing school improvement - someone credible, adaptable and able to apply their leadership to any aspect of school improvement. The breadth of the role is a genuine strength: you will turn your hand wherever leadership is needed, providing modelling, coaching, guidance and targeted intervention to strengthen practice, systems and outcomes.

This is a hands on, implementation focused and impact driven role, ensuring that Trust expectations translate into sustained improvements in classrooms and wider provision.

The successful candidate will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and be able to raise the standards of learning for all of the students that they are required to work with.
