In this capacity, the Nursing Directorate has oversight of all nursing activities (nursing staff and various healthcare professional bodies). To fulfill its mission, it relies on three deputy directions responsible for professional practices and interprofessionalism.Deputy Head responsible for dietetic care - 80% to 100%As part of the nutrition and dietetics pathway, the Nursing Directorate is opening a position for a deputy head responsible for dietetic care. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting teams in their progression. You will be in charge of ensuring optimal management of human resources and supporting team leaders in ensuring the continuity and quality of care provided to patients. You will contribute to budgets related to nutrition and equipment, ensuring rigorous management tailored to the needs of the service. You will also be involved in the management of resources and in replacement processes in the event of absence to ensure efficient and sustainable care delivery.Together with the research coordinator, you will be a key player in the advancement and development of care practices, harmonizing approaches to offer new perspectives for professional development in the field. You will actively contribute to the promotion of quality in the field of nutrition and dietetics, supporting the evolution of practices by ensuring their coherence and participating in the development of quality indicators. Through contributions, you will participate in defining the objectives of the Nursing Directorate and ensure their implementation. You will also intervene in the management of transversal projects, providing your expertise and facilitating collaboration among different teams. You will be led to identify needs in training and to intervene in programs of skill development. Thus, you will contribute to the development of the teams' skills and to the succession planning of supervisors, while ensuring smooth communication and constructive interprofessional dialogue. This position represents a unique opportunity to leverage your management skills, expertise, and professionalism in service of the nursing administration.You hold a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics (or an equivalent qualification), complemented by confirmed experience in a hospital environment and at least 5 years in team management are prerequisites for this role. You are distinguished by your excellent skills in combining clarity and active listening, as well as your ability to establish a relationship of trust within your team. Your leadership aims to stimulate collective intelligence and empower each individual.You demonstrate great skill in effectively managing interactions with various stakeholders, while keeping the institution's missions and patients' needs in sight. You are capable of making and communicating informed decisions and bearing responsibilities with confidence. A keen sense of urgency and priority management are essential, particularly to define the urgency of issues in a sometimes challenging environment. Integrity and honesty are fundamental values for this position. You should also demonstrate autonomy and openness to dialogue, thus promoting constructive exchanges.
