Job Description
Role 
The purpose of this role is to effectively manage services delivered to individuals in their own homes. To lead a team who support individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and activities as per their individual needs and care plans to enable them to live a life of their own choosing. It is critical that when undertaking your work that you do so in a manner that is consistent with the organisation's values and operating ethos.

RosterMonday to Friday - 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm
Salary€48,625.55 - 55,094.86
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a similar focused role.
- A QQI Level 5 Healthcare Major Award or an equivalent care related qualification.
- A Management Qualification.
- Previous experience in leading and managing a team.
- Previous experience in operational resource planning and management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer & IT literate (has strong computer skills, Microsoft word/excel/PowerPoint etc.).
- Ability to overcome personal and professional challenges and to reflect and learn from mistakes and feedback as a tool for personal development.
- Ability to maintain composure in difficult or challenging situations.
- Ability to keep abreast of current developments in inclusion and individualisation issues in Ireland and internationally.
- Ability to keep aware of good practices in the provision of person-centred services and be sensitive to the issues experienced by people with physical disabilities and neurological conditions.
- In possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in the Republic of Ireland.
- Hold full a (clean) driver licence and is willing to travel for work on a regular basis and outside of normal working hours when required.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently.
