Assistant Manager, Transaction Services: FDD & Deals

Interpath Advisory in London is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager for our Transaction Services team. You will lead the full spectrum of the transaction lifecycle, overseeing FDD and VDD workstreams, guiding analysts, and engaging with private equity and corporate clients.

You will evaluate earnings quality, assess debt-like items, and review forecasts while mentoring junior staff and strengthening client relationships in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
