Job Description
1)Recruitment Strategy & Execution 
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leaderships to forecast hiring needs and proactively build a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling jobdescriptions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening,interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, campus programs) to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct market research to benchmark roles and compensation for competitive positioning.
- Drive employer branding campaigns to enhance visibility and attract talent.
- Collaborate with HQ, brands and retail management to strengthen AP's presence as employer of choice.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws, diversity and inclusion standards and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting for audits and compliance check.
- Continuously review hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand talent needs and provide consultative support.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Provide regular updates and insights on hiring progress and talent market trends.
- Contribute to the global and regional talent review, competency mapping, internal mobility and succession planning.
- Prepare documentation, create P-files and conduct onboarding for all new hires.
- Manage workpass applications and logistics for new hires.
- Oversee staff exit processes and conduct exit interviews.
- Support disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy.
- Administer performance appraisal processes and support in developing performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate confirmation evaluations and maintain disciplinary records.
- Maintain and update Organisation chart, headcount and related reports.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and metrics for all activities.
- Develop meeting presentations and HR dashboards.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret talent-related data and metrics to derive insights on the effectiveness of HR programmes.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced HR certifications are a plus)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experiencein talent acquisition and full-cycle recruitment
- Proficient with ATS, recruitment tools, and sourcing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in employer branding
- Knowledge of Southeast Asia labor laws, diversity, and compliance standards
- Analytical skills for HR data and reporting
- Ability to improve recruitment processes and drive efficiency
- Able to adaptin a fast-paced environment
- Experience with performance management and staff onboarding/offboarding
