JD Sports Brixton is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving performance, coaching the team, and delivering the premium JD experience to every customer daily.

You will lead shifts, interpret KPI data to shape actions, uphold visual and service standards, and ensure smooth store operations in a fast-paced, sport-fashion environment that values energy, ideas, and customer focus.
