Assistant Manager, Paddlesports Centre (Seasonal to Permanent)

Leam Boat Centre is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our paddlesports and boat hire operation. This full-time, five-day-a-week role runs from March 2027 to October 2027, with more hours in the peak summer period and fewer in winter, and may become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will need an enhanced DBS disclosure before starting. Salary is 28k - 33k per year, negotiable based on experience. Closing date for applications: 1 December 2026. Start date: March 2027.
